This has been the best experience ever! For several years we have tried to get just a quote and a rendering to see what the vision could be. I have given my survey to countless contractors who disappeared without a trace.  We had given up hope.  Then a neighbor told us about Legacy. I didn’t even have to call.  They reached out to us and showed up like they said they would.  They gave us a beautiful rendering and it was full speed ahead from there.  We started this project the middle of November and we are completely done as of January 31st.  The communication and professionalism is excellent! All of the workers showed up early and worked diligently throughout this project. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Alma and Lawrence were absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning they were professionals and very attentive to details. We had just a few minor punch items at the project completion that needed to be completed which they promptly took care of. I would highly recommend Legacy Pools for any pool project. We went to 6 other pool contractors for bids and Legacy provided us with the best overall price and product using the same top rated equipment and materials as the highest priced company. We were uncertain if building a pool for our home was a right choice at first. But   Alma and Lawrence were very professional and also provided great customer service. From start to finish, our pool process was the smoothest ever! From the prints to excavations to the pouring of the concrete to the very end, we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.  They surpassed our vision and added planters in for me.  Everyone was easy to work with, and always kept us in the loop.  From start to finish the entire process took four months and that was even with a major freeze two years ago.  Even when I reach out after the fact, years after, they still answer all my questions.
